Accepting new clients.

All new clients must fill out a New Client Form 

Appointment requests will not be accepted until I receive your form. Please also submit a new client form when adding yourself to my waitlist.

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please call or text and let me know if you will be late.
 

Arriving any later than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
 

No call/no shows will not be permitted to rebook with me.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of service.
