Appointment requests will not be accepted until I receive your form. Please also submit a new client form when adding yourself to my waitlist.

Booking 12 weeks out.

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please call or text and let me know if you will be late. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes will be rescheduled. No call/no shows will not be permitted to rebook with me. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of service.
